The SIAL international food exhibition in Paris celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and has come up with something very special to mark the occasion: 50 chefs from around the world will visit the exhibition to look for new providers. The exhibition organizers are expecting to welcome around 150,000 visitors from 200 countries as well as 6,000 exhibitors in total.
